Our numerous residential projects over the years have included new homes, summer camps, single- and two-story additions, second-story additions, complete interior and exterior renovations, garages, porches, sunrooms, decks, roofing, siding, windows and doors, accessory apartments, home offices…if you can imagine it, we have most likely done it.

Our commercial experience is also well diversified, consisting of metal building construction, financial institution additions & renovations, new office fit-ups, retail store fit-ups, and restaurant/entertainment facilities. Commercial projects have spanned from new large buildings to custom interior millwork right down to new paint and carpet to spruce up an existing business or office. Royal Design & Construction, Inc. is also an approved “Star Metal Buildings System” dealer (see Star’s website at www.starbuildings.com).
